We’re very happy to see such strong interest in World Pops Meet and we truly appreciate all of your registrations. We are doing our best to prepare this event to the highest standard and make it as comfortable as possible for all participants.
𝗪𝗲 𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝘀𝗸 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 – the deadline for the entry fee has already passed and a significant number of participants still have not completed the payment. For us, the payment is the final confirmation of participation and it is what allows us to properly plan the event and all related costs.
The number of paid registrations directly affects further arrangements regarding event staff, judges, catering and attractions, so we kindly ask everyone who has not yet paid the entry fee to do so as soon as possible.
