Frequently asked questions
How long is the voucher valid?
Vouchers purchased directly from us are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
So you have a whole year to plan your jump and make your dream come true!
However, please note that jumps are only available during a specific season – usually from April to the end of October.
To make sure you have time to use your voucher, it is best to book your date in advance during the above-mentioned months.
Who cannot jump?
Tandem skydiving is not recommended in the following cases:
- nervous system disorders (e.g., epilepsy),
- chronic heart disease,
- high, untreated hypertension,
- other serious health problems.
If you have any doubts, please contact us – we will advise you individually.
How long does the whole attraction take?
Sometimes you can jump almost immediately, other times you have to wait a while – many factors influence this. Therefore, we ask that you reserve up to 3 hours for your stay at the airport.
What if the weather is bad?
The day before the jump, we will call you to confirm the date. If weather conditions prove unsuitable, we will suggest a new, convenient date.
Can I bring accompanying persons?
Of course! Bring your family, friends and even your pet – everyone is welcome.
What is the weight limit?
The maximum permissible weight of a participant (fully clothed) is 110 kg.
Do I have to be of legal age?
No. Persons under the age of 18 may jump with the written consent of both parents or legal guardian and at least one parent or guardian must be present at the airport on the day of the jump.
How to sign up for a jump?
The easiest way is to fill out a short form on our website and we will call you back to confirm the date and finalize the details. Would you rather call us? That’s possible too! We are available on business days from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at 511 556 326.
How to prepare for the jump?
- Wear comfortable sportswear and flat shoes.
- Avoid heavy meals one hour before your jump.
- Do not consume alcohol! Otherwise, we will refuse to perform the jump and your voucher will be considered used.
Do I need a voucher to jump?
Voucher? It’s a cool option, but not mandatory! All you need to do is make an appointment and pay for your jump conveniently on site, right before your big adventure. We try to make it as simple as possible!
What is the minimum height of a participant?
A minimum height of 140 cm is required for a tandem jump – this is necessary to ensure that the harness fits properly and securely.
What height is the jump from, how long does it last?
The jump is performed from a height of 4,200 meters:
- free flight – approx. 60 seconds of pure adrenaline,
- flight over the canopy – approx. 5 minutes of incredible views.
Can I buy a video and photos from my jump?
Would you like to capture your emotions on film and in photos? No problem – you can purchase this souvenir at any time before the jump. The cost depends on the type of voucher you have, so it’s best to ask us for details and we will advise you on the best option. If you dream of an option with an additional jumper-cameraman, let us know when you make your reservation and we will reserve a seat for them on the plane in advance.
Is additional insurance necessary?
According to current regulations, no additional insurance is required for a tandem jump. So you don’t have to worry about any extra paperwork – all you need is a reservation and a little courage.
